Filter Elements & Cartridges

A filter element or cartridge is a replaceable filtration unit made from pleated or layered media (polyester, cellulose, PTFE, fiberglass, etc.) designed to trap dust, fumes, and fine particles. Cartridge filters are typically cylindrical or pleated, offering a large filtration area in a compact size.

    Key Features:

  • High filtration efficiency (up to 99.9%+)
  • Large surface area due to pleated design
  • Low pressure drop for better airflow
  • Available in HEPA, carbon, and standard dust filters
  • Replaceable and easy to maintain

Types of Filter Elements & Cartridges

  • Pleated Cartridge Filters – most common for dust collectors
  • HEPA Filters – ultra-fine filtration (0.3 microns)
  • Activated Carbon Filters – removes gases and odors
  • Bag Filters – for large dust loads
  • High-temperature filters – for harsh environments
